Mr. Neelesh Kanade, Chief Executive Officer, NCORD Healthcare LLC, is a visionary entrepreneur who built his career from modest beginnings. Through effective business planning, creative techniques, innovative ideas and in-depth knowledge of a diverse business environment, he succeeded in leading the company globally.
Mr. Kanade's articulated vision encompasses personalized health care for individual needs ensuring the highest standards of quality while maintaining affordability. He endeavors to strengthen the base of health care services by bridging the gap between the latest global research innovations, health data and clinical applications. His personal mission is to improve the health of an individual by fostering an environment and "doorstep" services through personalized health care. Mr. Kanade's business interests include a mining company in Suriname specializing in gold, copper and iron ore; and BFG Energy Pvt. Ltd., which specializes in water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and dredging sediments from rivers and lakes. Mr. Kanade has an added distinction of being the first in the state of Maharashtra to venture into Municipal Solid Waste Management.
Dr. Mukund ChorghadeManaging Member
Dr. Chorghade has conducted more than 27 years of research leadership and project management for several multi-million dollar projects. His varied expertise ranges from organic synthesis enzymes, carbohydrates, heterocycles, natural products, and molecular recognition. Dr. Chorghade has worked with numerous chemists, and has been elected to fellowships in many prestigious academic societies. He has served as President and Chief Scientific Officer at Thinq Pharma/Thinq Drug DiscoveryThinq Pharma-CRO since 2006. Prior to his current role, Dr. Chorghade was the Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development Sciences and a Member of the Corporate Steering Committee at Genzyme Corporation. He has received the prestigious Henry A. Hill Award for Outstanding Contributions to NESACS.
He gained further experience serving as Senior Director of Chemical Sciences Research and Development at Cytomed, a Project Manager and Research Investigator at Abbott Laboratories, a Research Scientist and Assistant Director of College de France, and a Project Leader at Dow Chemical. Dr. Chorghade was also a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard University, a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Virginia, and an Instructor at Georgetown University.

Mr. Kandalgaonkar specializes in HIS, HMIS, and EHR.
Mr. Nilesh Kandalgaonkar is the Executive Director of NCORD Healthcare and NCORD Biotech Limited, and is responsible for brand strategy, brand development, strategic consulting, sales strategy development, and business planning.
Mrs. Rupa KanadeManaging Member
As Director of NCORD Healthcare LLC, Mrs. Kanade is responsible for budget allocations, initiating and finalizing joint ventures and mergers, conducting business development activities, and overseeing the operations of the firm. In tandem with this position, "Mrs. Kanade serves as Director of NCORD Biotech, where she performs overseas financial operations accounting functions, appoints senior management, determines and monitors strategic objectives & policies." Mrs. Kanade possesses extensive subject knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to perform in a challenging environment. She is a graduate of the Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art. Mrs. Kanade is fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Dr. Antoun MD, MPP, MS, also the CEO of Health System Reform S.A.L. , a boutique consulting and training company aimed at improving Public Health through Health Policy reform, strengthened health system management and improved healthcare delivery.
Dr. Joseph Antoun is the Co-Director of the Center for Health Policy at the University of Chicago, Harris School of Public Policy Studies, where he teaches comparative health systems, pharmaceutical policy and leadership & negotiations in healthcare.
He is also a Professor of Health and Pharmaceutical policy at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging and a visiting fellow at the Department of Social Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Dr. Antoun is the Co-editor in Chief of the Journal of Health Systems Reform. This first in class journal aims at creating a global platform for sharing cutting edge knowledge, skills & lessons in health systems and reform & providing health policy transfer and translations answers that matter for field leaders, academicians & students.
His recent research, teaching and publications focused on Health Systems and Systems Reform, on Leadership and New Public Management in healthcare, and on increasing Access to Medicines and healthcare technologies.

Dr. Brian K. Kennedy, PhD, is the President and CEO of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging in Novato, California. Formerly, he was an Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Washington. He obtained his PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1996. Currently, his lab uses a variety of model organisms including yeast, worms, and mice to identify the conserved evolutionary pathways that modulate aging and study them from a mechanistic perspective. He has had a major role in understanding how the TOR pathway and the drug rapamycin influence aging.
Dr. Kennedy is also an Affiliate faculty member at the University of Washington and a visiting professor at the Guangdong Medical College Aging Research Institute in China. In 2009, he was named the Vincent Cristofalo Rising Star in Aging Research by the American Federation for Aging Research. In 2010, he was given the Nathan Shock Award by the National Institute of Aging. Dr. Kennedy has served as a consultant for Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies and is a Co-Founder of the Nuvita Animal Health Corporation.

Dr. Kamal is the Senior Vice President for institute relations at the Buck Institute for Aging Research. Dr. Kamal also served as Director of new initiatives and international development at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. During his 16 years at Harvard, Dr. Kamal successfully internationalized the activities of the Kennedy School and negotiated dozens of endowed programs with governments and leading private sector organizations in the United States and around the world.
An economist by training, Dr. Kamal was an adjunct professor of economics and international business at Boston University and previously at Wheelock College. He holds advanced graduate degrees in economics, mass communication, and administrative sciences. He is frequently quoted as an expert source in U.S. media and abroad, and regularly contributes editorials on global affairs to major newspapers, worldwide. His work has been published in Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish newspapers.

Dr. Senthil ThyagarajanLab Director
Dr. Senthil Thyagarajan is a scientist & currently, Laboratory & Operations Director with NCORD Biotech Limited, India. Earlier, he was a Postdoctoral Scientist at Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Ludwigshafen, Germany & Max Planck Institute of Neurobiology, Munich, Germany, with particular focus on Stem Cell Biology, Cellular Assays & Developmental Neurobiology, respectively. He is an accomplished, dynamic professional with more than 8 years of experience conducting high-level scientific research. At Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Dr. Thyagarajan was part of the StemBANCC programme, a 5 year research project that involved academic and industry partners across 11 countries, funded by the Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) and worked on developing human iPSC derived neural stem cells drug discovery platform.
Dr. Thyagarajan holds a PhD in Neurobiology from the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, Frankfurt, Germany. His work has been published in International peer-reviewed top Journals and has presented his work in various National and International conferences. Dr. Thyagarajan’s keen interest in clinical and translational research has involved him in regenerative medicine and currently he is working on establishing NCORD’s state-of-the-art stem cell transplantation Center and cellular medicine.
Besides his research calibre, he is motivated by challenge to improve business model for science-driven ventures. At NCORD, he is a proactive leader and team player integral to implementation and efficient running of numerous verticals including NCORD’s Private Cord blood banking, Chain of Blood banks and transfusion centres and a R&D Centre for therapeutic cellular product development division.
